Jack in the Box is next to the last Ding to be located. There is only one known example of Jack from a yard sale find. The image below is Jack after a good cleaning. The second image is another yard sale find of what appears to be a prototype. Clearly the design is a Jack in the Box Ding A Ling but with significant differences from the final product.
